We want you to be 100% satisfied with your socks. If they aren’t working out for you, simply contact us to arrange a full refund within 30 days* of purchase.

*If, due to the at-times glacial pace of international shipping, you haven’t received your socks within the 30-day money-back guarantee timeframe, email us. When you email us before the 30-day mark, we’ll work with you. We may even give you another few days to get your socks – and make sure you love them.


Returns

Do you need to return your socks? Not a problem. Simply return them within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Returns must be in unused condition and have a verifiable account.

Clearance Purchases

Items purchased on Clearance are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Didn’t get your socks via Cute Compression Socks? Please contact the retailer where you made your purchase for any purchasing concerns (such as a return or exchange).


Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange your unused socks.

Please note that exchanges need to be in unused condition and must be received within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges can take up to 2 weeks to process.

If you’re trying to grab a different style, we recommend processing this as a return – and purchasing the other pair ASAP so you don’t have to wait so long – or miss out on a sale.
